Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for coaching programs within 14 days of the initial payment date. Digital materials (guides, templates, recordings) are non-refundable after purchase as they are immediately accessible. Introductory consultations (Free tier) cannot be refunded as no payment is made.

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of purchase with your name, order details, and reason for the refund request. Email info@wildernessscrub.world with subject line "Refund Request" or call +61 2 9147 0845.

3. Refund Processing

Once a refund request is received and approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank transfer delays may apply depending on your financial institution.

4. Cancellation of Coaching Services

For ongoing coaching programs (4-week, 12-week): Cancellation within 7 days of purchase results in full refund. Cancellation after 7 days but before the first session results in 50% refund. Cancellation after the first session has commenced results in no refund, though sessions already paid for but not yet attended may be rescheduled within 30 days.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable: digital materials and guides (once accessed), custom programme design fees (once work commences), group workshops (once scheduled), team corporate programmes (once delivery begins).

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of serious personal hardship or extraordinary circumstances, we may consider exceptions to standard refund timelines. Contact us to discuss your situation individually.

7. Rescheduling vs. Cancellation

If you need to postpone your coaching programme, you can reschedule for a future date within 90 days of your original booking at no additional cost, provided you give at least 7 days' notice.

8. Disputes

If you dispute a refund decision, we encourage mediation. Contact us with supporting details, and we'll work toward resolution within 14 days.
